Texas Psychiatry Group understands that our patient’s time is effective, and that we make every effort to ascertain patients at their designated time. “We also ask patients to provide as much advance notice as possible if they are running late for an appointment or need to cancel. With this advance notice, the time can often be scheduled for another patient.“ Patients who fail to offer a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation are going to be charged for his or her appointment.
