Texas Psychiatry Group understand that our patient’s time is effective, and that we make every effort to ascertain patients at their designated time. We also ask patients provide the maximum amount advanced notice as possible when running late for a meeting or when wanting to cancel. With this advanced notice, the time are often scheduled for an additional patient. Patients who fail to offer a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation are going to be charged for his or her appointment.
