I am a therapeutically trained behavioral health professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in the identification, assessment, and behavioral treatment of symptoms associated with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), mood disturbances, and neurodivergence. Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping individuals and families develop practical strategies to improve emotional wellness, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful life goals.

My clinical approach integrates comprehensive assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and strengths-based problem-solving techniques to empower clients to navigate challenges and create lasting change.

In addition to my professional practice, I have dedicated significant time to community service and advocacy. From 2016 to 2025, I served as the Lead Facilitator for the Reconnection Workshops under the Services to Armed Forces Division of the American Red Cross-Houston Chapter Resiliency Program, supporting veterans, service members, and their families through resilience-building and psychoeducation. In recognition of my years of volunteer service, I received a White House recognition award honoring my commitment to supporting those who have served our nation. Following my retirement from the Red Cross program, I have continued my dedication to vulnerable populations through Foster Care Advocacy, a role I’ve committed to since 2026.
